Introduction
Provide Building Automation System for the HVAC equipment like Chilled Water Systems like Chillers, CHW Pumps, FAHU, AHUs, and Fan Coil Units, etc.
Hospital equipment like Medical Gas Plant, Operation Theaters Surgical Panels, Emergency Lighting System, CT-Scan, and Electrical Systems like MDBs, Capacitor Bank, ESMDB, ATS is also monitored in the Building Management System.
The Chillers (BACnet MS/TP), Generators (Modbus-RTU), Lighting Control System (BACnet/IP) are also software integrated to the BMS.
The project consists of around 1500 data points incorporated in 9 DDC Outstation panels. We have provided DDC Controls & 963 BMS Supervisor software from TREND Controls/Honeywell for controlling & monitoring of the above systems.
The Project has been commissioned in 2018 and successfully handed over to the client.
