Scope of Work
- Implementing High Availability Solution (Hot Standby Redundancy) PLC System & HMIs for controlling and monitoring HVAC equipment including Package Units, Heaters, Extract Fans, Fire Dampers, etc.
- Installation and configuration of control systems for:
- Central Control Building
- Emergency Centre and Medical Facility Building
- Well Engineering Workshop Building
- Operation Workshop Building
- Canteen and Recreation Building
- Utilization of ABB – AC-500 High Availability Solution (Hot Standby Redundancy) PLC System & HMIs for project requirements.
- Local control and monitoring of HVAC equipment through Graphics Pages displayed on 15” Touch panels mounted on Control Panel Fascia.
- Integration of Plant DDCs/HVAC Control panels with the DCS for maintenance alerts and troubleshooting.
Other Details
- Ain Tsila Gas Field is situated in the Illizi Basin within the Sahara Desert’s eastern region in southeast Algeria.
- The project is currently in the engineering phase, with ongoing development and implementation of control systems.
