With our expertise in Guest Room Management System (GRMS), Building Automation System (BAS), and Lighting Control System, we are dedicated to delivering advanced technical solutions that optimize energy usage, streamline operations, and elevate the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Guest Room Management System (GRMS):
- Integration of GRMS functions:
  - Room presence detection using presence sensors.
  - Automation of guest room lighting based on occupancy.
  - Thermoregulation control of HVAC systems.
  - Monitoring and control from a central server.
  - Access for various users with customizable graphical interface.
  - Integration with Property Management System (PMS) and Building Management System (BMS).
  - Focus on energy-saving and operational efficiency.
Building Automation System (BAS):
- Implementation of DDC Controls & Niagara 4.0 BMS Graphics Supervisor software.
- Monitoring & controlling of HVAC equipment including Chilled Water System, FAHU, AHUs, and Fan Coil Units.
- Integration of third-party systems such as Chillers, Generators, Energy Meter, and Lighting Control system.
- Supply of MCC Panels with ABB make Switchgear.
Lighting Control System:
- Deployment of lighting control solutions for offices, corridors, and lobbies.
- Control mechanisms:
  - Presence detection for corridors and office spaces.
  - Brightness sensors for outdoor lights.
  - DALI based dimming control for reception areas and meeting rooms.

The project consists of around 1000 data points incorporated in 3 Outstations.
The Chiller parameters are monitored on the BMS through software integration on BACnet/IP.
