Provide Building Automation System for the HVAC equipment’s like Chillers, FAHU& AHU and Energy Monitoring
Sentrol has provided DDC Controls from TREND Controls & JACE Controls/Honeywell. Niagara 4.0 BMS supervisor software is provided for the User interface from Tridium / Honeywell. The project consists of around 600 data points incorporated in 3 Outstations for monitoring and controlling the HVAC equipment. The Chiller parameters are monitored on the Touch Panel through software integration on BACnet/IP.
Electrical Energy is monitored from the PMU and water consumption is monitored from the Water meters. The Energy consumption is monitored and represented in the Graphical format as directed in ESTIDAMA requirements.
The MCC Panels are supplied with ABB Switchgear.
The Project has been commissioned in 2020 and handed over to the client.
